SPEAKER DOUG PETERCHUCK-OPPD

Doug Peterchuck is a 21-year employee of the Omaha Public Power District and is currently the Director of Enterprise Operational Technology. Previous work at OPPD has included being the Manager of Transmission Operations, Manager of Reliability Compliance and was an engineer within System Protection.

Previous to OPPD, Doug worked within the Substation Department at MidAmerican Energy and within the Quality Control Department at E.A. Pedersen Company.

Doug has a BSEE from Iowa State University, an MSEE from Kansas State University, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Doug is a registered professional engineer in the State of Nebraska and is a member of IEEE.
