She launched her first company, BC Management, Inc., in 2000 and later joined Witt O’Brien’s in 2022 as Managing Director of Talent Management &amp; Research Analytics. In 2025, she founded Resilience360 Advisory to deliver a more holistic suite of services—including strategic staffing, customized benchmarking analytics, and career coaching, designed to support both professionals and organizations across the resilience landscape.</p> <p>Cheyene has proudly served on the boards of the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) in Los Angeles, Orange County, and nationally, as well as the Editorial Advisory Board for&nbsp;<em style="">Continuity Insights</em>.
